What we collect

When you save a quote or send us a request, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, your contact preferences, and your permission to be contacted. A saved quote also includes your ZIP code, date of birth, sex, tobacco use, height and weight, health answers, and the estimates you saw.

Our website never asks for your Social Security number or bank details.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you, answer your questions, and help you compare and apply for coverage from insurance companies.

How we protect it

• Health answers are seen only by our licensed agents, in our secure staff dashboard and in a private notice emailed to our own inbox. We never email them to anyone else, and we keep them out of page addresses and website analytics.
• Your information is stored in a private record that only our team can open.
• If you get a quote but don’t save it, your answers are not stored.
