Buckeye Final Expense

How It Works

From first question to policy, step by step

Here is what happens at each step, so there are no surprises.

  1. Step 1

    Get your estimate

Answer questions about age, health, tobacco use, height and weight, and the coverage amount you want. You will see estimated monthly payments when you finish. Nothing is saved or sent unless you choose to save your quote.

  2. Step 2

Save your quote or talk with us

If you save your quote, a licensed agent will contact you to go over your options. You can also call, schedule a time, or send a message. A call takes about 20 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Apply with the insurance company

If you decide to apply, your agent helps you complete the insurance company’s application. The insurance company reviews it and decides whether to approve it and at what price.

  4. Step 4

    After you have a policy

Your policy is issued by the insurance company. We are still here for questions about your coverage, beneficiaries, or payments.

Saving a quote or asking a question does not start coverage. Coverage begins only after the insurance company approves your application.

Questions about the process

Do I have to share my phone number to see prices?

No. You see your estimates before we ask for any contact details, and we never ask for a Social Security number.

What should I have ready for the call?

It helps to have a list of your medicines nearby and an idea of how much coverage you’d like.

Does booking a call commit me to anything?

No. Booking a call costs nothing and doesn’t commit you to anything.
